Early June, we have initiated the six-months long commissioning period of our new WWTP in Siófok, Hungary. Thanks to an effective and quick transfer of the available biological sludge stock from old plant, the new plant’s biological stage has reached its full capacity in short order. Our ContiSeq^TM technology already ensures an excellent effluent quality to the Sió river while restructuring the inherited sludge population into a compact, high quality sludge with excellent settling properties. We are pursuing the commissioning of the remaining technological units with special attention, as we enter the challenging summer time period characterized by peak loads.
