After the successfully completed six-month trial operation, the technical handover of the new Tapolca wastewater treatment plant took place on 06.05.2019.  As a subcontractor of Colas-Alterra Zrt., In addition to the general design tasks, our company was also responsible for the technological mechanical, electrical and control engineering construction works, and we also managed the trial operation.  The Tapolca wastewater treatment plant is the fourth plant operating with domestic ContiSeq® treatment technology after the Kistelek, Kazincbarcika and Siófok plants.  In this case, during the test operation, it was proved that the treatment technology is able to meet the extremely strict treated wastewater quality requirements typical of the Lake Balaton receiver.
